partners, one shared purpose
Small structures. Lasting change.
From practical skills to a place to turn for support, OLYMPIA connects learning, recognition and resilience.
Skills for Life framework
A shared framework of competences in personal resilience, digital and employability skills, and civic, peace and intercultural skills. It turns broad “skills gaps” into outcomes that can be taught and assessed.
Micro-credential modules
At least four modules of 5 ECTS each, stackable toward a 20 to 30 ECTS pathway. They work offline and on low bandwidth, so part of the pathway still earns recognition.
One-Stop Desks & Resilience Units
One clear entry point at each partner university for orientation, fair prioritisation and referral. Trained peer mentors reach students who would otherwise be missed.
Teachers & student projects
Teachers learn trauma-informed and inclusive teaching. Student teams run small community projects that put their skills to work.
A pathway built around you
Four competence clusters. Short, recognised modules. A starting point that meets you where you are.
